Owner
Greg is co-founder of Emerald Print and brings 35 years of print experience. Emerald celebrated our 20th year in business in 2023.

Keith Beach
Sales
Keith started his career with Greg 30 years ago in the print industry. He diversified into medical device sales for 8 years, but found his way back to the print business to again work with Greg at Emerald focusing on sales & business development.

Cathy Fichtner
Sales
Cathy started her career in sales and marketing with the Copier & Printing Division at Eastman Kodak Company. Cathy has joined the Emerald Print team focusing on commercial print, promotional products and apparel sales.

Our History
2003
Friends Tim Magee & Greg Fichnter founded Emerald Print Management. The company was incorporated in December of 2003.
2004
Emerald Print Management starts offering branded apparel & promotional products.
2005
Emerald Print Management hits $1 million in sales.
2007
First full-service warehouse brought on board.
2009
Emerald Print Management is named a Rochester Top 100 Company by Greater Rochester Chamber of Commerce.
2010
Emerald Print Management manages over 1,000 SKUS for a single customer, and is distributing materials worldwide.
2011
We outgrow our first office & move to a larger space.
2017
Emerald Print Management is named a Rochester Top 100 company for the 2nd time.
2018
Analysis shows 98% customer retention of customers.
2019
As more employees were added, we outgrew our office once again. In May we relocated to our current office.
2023
Emerald Print Management celebrates 20 years in business.
