Customer utilized several warehouses and mail houses to manage their print production and mail requirements throughout the US. They have over 500 sku’s in stock.
Due to the complexity of their business requirements, the customer was unable to deliver the products on time to their business partners, nor manage inventory (including version control) or the cost of doing business.
Emerald developed a solution that allowed them to close several warehouses, reduce obsolescence and provide real-time reports on their business spends, inventory position and customer service level.
The customer just resigned with Emerald and is investigating partnering with Emerald for managing their Call Center operations.
